Relationships Fragmentation Scorecard

£25.00

A 12-question diagnostic that shows you how much of your real attention the people who matter most are actually getting, versus what’s left over after everything else.

Description

You answer the question and you couldn’t repeat what you said. You were in the room. You weren’t there.

Most founders read this as a time problem, so they schedule more of it. Date night, family dinner, a call with an old friend. The time happens, and it doesn’t land, because the phone is on the table and part of the conversation is being held in shallow water, in case something needs a reply.

The usual read is “I need to be more present” or “I need better boundaries with my phone.” Neither fixes it, because the problem isn’t a habit. It’s that presence, the only thing relationships are actually built from, has become the first thing that gets rationed when the day gets hard.

This isn’t solved by trying harder to listen. Founders who correct this fracture don’t just spend more time with people, they become actually reachable in the time they already have, because presence stops being the thing quietly running out in the background.

By the end, you’ll know:

  • Exactly where the fracture is strongest: things left unsaid piling up, presence that’s technically there but not really, or relationships that swing between fully engaged and checked out
  • Your severity read across all three: Intact, Eroding, Fractured, or Collapsed
  • Whether what you’re calling “I’m just tired” is actually a structural fracture in how you show up for people

Who this is for:
Founders who keep the relationship time on the calendar but notice it doesn’t feel like it used to, and suspect the problem isn’t the hours.

Who this isn’t for:
Founders who already have strong, present relationships and want general connection tips. This is a structural diagnostic, not a communication skills course.

Time to complete: 12 questions, 5 minutes. Scored out of 60, with a clear severity band, no guessing where presence is leaking out.

A founder scenario:
Dinner with your partner. Phone face-down on the table, which feels like progress. But you’re still half-listening for the buzz, and twenty minutes in you realise you’ve nodded through most of what they said. That’s not distraction. That’s Presence Erosion, and it’s happening even when the phone is technically put away.

FAQ

Is this the same as the Founder Cohesion Assessment?
No. The Assessment is a 6-domain overview. This Scorecard is a focused diagnostic on Relationships alone, with three sub-fractures scored individually.

What happens after I get my results?
You’ll see your severity band and where the fracture concentrates. The Relationship Playbook (sold separately) gives you the correction sequence for whatever your Scorecard surfaces.

Is this couples counselling or a relationship quiz?
No. This measures structural presence fracture, not relationship compatibility. It won’t tell you if you’re a good partner, it’ll tell you where presence is actually going instead of where you think it’s going.
