Intake
You complete a short intake form and your domain Fragmentation Scorecard, and send me a screenshot of your current week.
Day 2
Diagnosis
I send a personal video walking through your result, plus a one-page Install Plan built around your real week.
Weeks 1 to 3
Install
One correction per week. Monday I send the task. Friday you tell me what held and what broke. I reply with a voice note.
Day 30
Proof
You retake the Scorecard. We compare before and after, and you get a Hold Plan so the fix stays fixed.

Why no calls
Calls create the feeling of progress. Installs create progress.
You talk for an hour, leave energised, and by Wednesday the week has eaten it. The Install runs inside your week instead of inside a meeting about your week. Written plans and voice notes stay with you, so you can replay them on the Tuesday when things wobble.

How much time does it take each week?
About 20 minutes of check-ins, plus the correction itself. The corrections are designed to give time back, not take more.
Can I just buy the Playbook instead?
Yes, and it’s a solid start. The difference is the Install builds the plan around your specific week and corrects course when something breaks. Most people who stall with a playbook stall in week two. That’s where I step in.
Why WhatsApp?
Because it’s where you already are. Check-ins take two lines, and my voice notes stay in your chat to replay whenever you need them.
What if I miss a week?
Tell me. “Nothing held” is useful information and keeps your guarantee active. Missing a check-in entirely is what voids the guarantee.
What happens after Day 30?
You keep the Hold Plan and know your next domain. You can work through its Playbook on your own, or install it with me.
Is this therapy or coaching?
Neither. It’s a structural install for how your work and week operate. It is not a clinical service and does not diagnose any health or psychological condition.
