Health Benefits Of Soya.
Soya as I prefer to call it still contains a small amount of fat but no cholesterol. It also contains a small quantity of calcium which I think the only negative aspect of Soya. However, it's not going to affect my intake of Soya Milk because the major Soya manufacturers are adding calcium to their products before it reaches the supermarket shelves. Soya milk contains a good proportion of protein and vitamins; these are vitamin B1, B2, B6, and E. It's also rich in minerals, like magnesium and carium.
My Soya Milk Trial.
So, my trial period of Soya Milk, probably only in the form of Soya Chocolate Milk in the mornings or evenings begins. I’ll give it as long as it takes to experience any benefits or negative side effects but I’m rally not expecting any of those.
